Karel's practice focuses on public procurement, telecommunications regulation, criminal law and business corporations.
Having gained his experience not only in advocacy but also as an in-house lawyer, he is able to offer practical solutions to legally complicated situations, taking into account the specific needs of corporate clients. He provides comprehensive legal advice to corporate clients, both in relation to the clients' business activities and in relation to internal processes, corporate changes and M&A transactions.
He provides legal services for both contracting authorities and bidders for public contracts at all stages of the tendering process, including representation in subsequent proceedings before the Competition Authority and, where appropriate, the courts.
As a criminal defence lawyer, he specialises in property and economic crime. He regularly represents clients in public liability proceedings. He also acts as an ex officio defence lawyer.

Martin's practice focuses on labour law, personal data protection, real estate law and contractual relations, including representation in court proceedings.
He applies his experience mainly on behalf of employees and employers in all areas of labour law. He has practical experience in the issues of transfer of rights and obligations under employment law in business transfers and reorganizations, collective bargaining, personal data protection (data protection officer). He also devotes a large part of his practice to representing clients in employment law litigation. He also regularly lectures in this area.
In the field of real estate law, he focuses on legal support for real estate agencies, preparation of transaction documents, and also has experience with complete legal support in the implementation of development projects (contractual documentation, owner's declaration, establishment of condominiums, lease agreements).

Zuzana is a lawyer specializing in civil and criminal law, including representing clients before courts and administrative authorities. She provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and legal entities on a variety of legal issues.
In the field of civil law, she focuses primarily on resolving property and obligation relations, debt collection, contractual issues and protecting clients' rights in civil disputes. Her practice also includes providing legal services in real estate transfers. In the field of family law, she represents clients in sensitive personal matters, including divorces, arrangements for the care of minor children, alimony or the settlement of property relations between spouses.
