KAREL ANDERLE

ADVOCATE

BIO

Karel's practice focuses on public procurement, telecommunications regulation, criminal law and business corporations.

Having gained his experience not only in advocacy but also as an in-house lawyer, he is able to offer practical solutions to legally complicated situations, taking into account the specific needs of corporate clients. He provides comprehensive legal advice to corporate clients, both in relation to the clients' business activities and in relation to internal processes, corporate changes and M&A transactions.

He provides legal services for both contracting authorities and bidders for public contracts at all stages of the tendering process, including representation in subsequent proceedings before the Competition Authority and, where appropriate, the courts.

As a criminal defence lawyer, he specialises in property and economic crime. He regularly represents clients in public liability proceedings. He also acts as an ex officio defence lawyer.

MARTIN VALIŠ

ADVOCATE

BIO

Martin's practice focuses on labour law, personal data protection, real estate law and contractual relations, including representation in court proceedings.

He applies his experience mainly on behalf of employees and employers in all areas of labour law. He has practical experience in the issues of transfer of rights and obligations under employment law in business transfers and reorganizations, collective bargaining, personal data protection (data protection officer). He also devotes a large part of his practice to representing clients in employment law litigation. He also regularly lectures in this area.

In the field of real estate law, he focuses on legal support for real estate agencies, preparation of transaction documents, and also has experience with complete legal support in the implementation of development projects (contractual documentation, owner's declaration, establishment of condominiums, lease agreements).

Dita is an advocate with experience in a wide range of factually and legally diverse legal projects, including cross-border transactions. She provides comprehensive legal services to legal entities and individuals, both domestic and foreign clients, who she also regularly represents in court proceedings.

 

Her practice focuses primarily on public procurement and software licensing issues. She also acts as a defence lawyer in criminal proceedings, including ex officio defence.
